Location Data
The app may collect precise or approximate location information when you choose to use location-enabled features. We use this information to help you select or save addresses, identify whether services are available in your area, improve booking accuracy, and support home healthcare delivery.
If you do not grant location permission, some location-based features may not work as intended. You may still be able to provide an address manually in some cases.
Medical Records And Sensitive Data
Because Qurocare is a healthcare service, the app may process personal and sensitive health-related information needed to provide care and related support services. This may include patient profile details, appointment history, prescriptions, lab reports, and billing information made available to you through our connected systems.
We process such information only for legitimate healthcare, operational, support, safety, legal, or compliance purposes, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, we may use a device push token and related notification data to send appointment reminders, status updates, and other service-related messages. You can disable push notifications in your device settings, although critical service updates may then be missed.
Document Access And Sharing
The app may allow you to view, generate, download, or share medical documents such as prescriptions, lab reports, or bills. Where supported by your device, the app may request limited media, file, or storage-related access to support those actions.
When We Share Information

- As part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

The app uses third-party tools and service providers to operate key features. Based on the app implementation, these may include services for authentication and backend infrastructure, patient and operational data synchronization, push notifications, remote app configuration, and mapping or places search functionality. These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual or operational controls.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain healthcare and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, medical, regulatory, tax, accounting, and audit obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the app. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
